Put a sliced onion in the bottom of the crockpot.
Add whatever pork roast you want.
Pour over the top - one bottle of beer
And approx. 2/3 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
Cook on LOW for 6 hours. Pull apart with two forks and serve on buns. I like to dip my top bun into the sauce in the pot. YUM!
