Zucchini Pineapple bread

3 eggs
1 c oil
2 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Cream well then add:

2 cups Zucchini shredded and drained
1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple drained
3 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon

Mix well! Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Makes two large loaves or three smaller loaves
