The best PEACH pie EVER!!!

5 peaches
1 cup sugar
3 tbls cornstarch
1/2 cup water
2 tbls butter
1/2 tsp almond flavoring

In a saucepan cook 2 mashed peaches, sugar, water, and cornstarch. Boil 5 minutes then add almond flavoring and butter. Cool
In a cooked pie crust (I use the premade marie calander's ones) place 3 sliced peaches and then pour mixture over peaches and chill until set up about 3 hours. Then if you want add whip cream but I like mine plain.
