Gramma Joan's Carmel Popcorn!

Caramel Popcorn:

Ingredients
8-10 Quarts of popped popcorn (Walmart's already popped tastes the best)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup corn syrup
2 cups brown sugar
1 can sweet and condensed milk
pinch of salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan and on medium heat bring to a boil.
Careful not to let it burn stir frequently.
After it has boiled get a glass of cold water and drop a drop into the cold water. When the caramel forms a ball remove the caramel from the heat.
Measure out your popped popcorn.
Place the popcorn in a large bowl then pour the hot liquid over it and coat as evenly as you can.
Spread on a cookie sheet to dry.
